In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27  April, 2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”)  concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free circulation of such data, CARDINALTECH COMPANY, S.L. (henceforth “CARDINALTECH”) informs you, as RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATA PROCESSING, that all personal data you provide us through <cardinaltech.io>  will be incorporated into a data file maintained under strict measures of security and confidentiality, and will remain stored while we handle your requests or queries, while there is a current service relationship or until you tell us otherwise.

The purposes of the data processing operations that CARDINALTECH carries out, as RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATA PROCESSING, shall be restricted to manage queries and web requirements; manage  potential clients and contacts of the company; manage the correspondence and inform about the products and services offered by the company; manage the relationship with clients; send newsletters and commercial communications of your interest; maintain updated suppression lists for clients to avoid being contacted if they request so; enable the functioning of our website/applications through technical and functional cookies, and to perform statistics.

The legal basis for the data processing, according to the different purposes pursued, is as follows:

• TO MANAGE QUERIES AND WEB REQUIREMENTS: FULFILMENT OF A CONTRACTUAL RELATION.

• TO MANTAIN UPDATED SUPPRESSION LISTS FOR CLIENTS TO AVOID BEING CONTACTED IF THEY REQUEST SO: LEGITIMATE INTEREST.

The categories of data processed by CARDINALTECH correspond to general information, i.e. (i) identifying data and (ii) Postal and email addresses.

While we are not informed otherwise, we understand that the data provided for the user, has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use said data for the purposes mentioned.

We inform you that the use of the forms available in <cardinaltech.io> is limited to USERS OF LEGAL AGE, so when using any of them, you guarantee that you comply with this requirement and accept the consequences that may arise if not. The forms made available to you can be filled out in the language you wish, however, CARDINALTECH will not be liable for errors or for the impossibility to follow up your request due to the use of an inadequate language. The completion of these forms or any others, made available in the future, is completely optional. However, the refusal by the user to provide some data may entail the impossibility to comply with his/her request.

For USERS UNDERAGE, specifically, below the age of thirteen (13) years old, the processing will only be deemed lawful when the CONSENT IS GIVEN OR AUTHORISED BY THE PERSON HAVING PARENTAL AUTHORITY OR LEGAL GUARD OF THE CHILD and only to the extent it was granted or given.

CARDINALTECH has implemented the security levels for personal data protection required by Law and intends to install further media and technical protection measures at its disposal to avoid the loss, improper use, alteration, non-authorized access and theft of personal data provided and, therefore CARDINALTECH guarantees the greater confidentiality for its processing and its non-disclosure to third parties.

By voluntarily giving your data, you EXPRESSLY CONSENT the automated, or not, data processing by CARDINALTECH, as well as its communication to other entities whose connection with your data is necessary or legally compulsory. In the case of commercial communications through email or equivalent means, you EXPRESSLY CONSENT to its reception. 

The granted consent given may be revoked at any time by the user exercising his/her rights of limitation of data processing, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition which CARDINALTECH guarantees you, by sending a writing notice to info@cardinaltech.io.
